Serving sizes

We base our cake sizes on two standard portion sizes:

SMALL/COFFEE size portions = 1" x 1" x 4" per piece (left below)
STANDARD/DESSERT size portions = 1" x 2" x 4" per piece (right below)

Cake heights

Our STANDARD one tier cakes are made up of three layers of cake with two layers of filling, for a standard height of 4"/10cm per tier.
